I know that Harborplace revitalization can become a great equalizer for all of Baltimore because the Inner Harbor belongs to all Baltimore City residents.

As Chair of the Baltimore City State Delegation, it is my honor to proudly stand with Baltimore residents who want to renovate the waterfront and create more green space downtown.

When I stare out into the Inner Harbor, I see nothing but potential. I see a potential gathering place for people from every neighborhood in the city.
